On Wednesday, Feb. 4, all MCPS schools and buildings will open two hours late for students and 10 month staff. All 11 and 12 month non instructional staff may report to work one hour late. Code Blue.
AES students enjoyed their "Hokie for a Day" field trip at Virginia Tech. Students learned about potential fields of study, ate lunch in a dining hall, and toured athletic facilities.
🍽️ Summer Meals in July 🍽️
Every Monday in July, meals will be available to children 18 and under, free of charge. Meal kits will contain seven breakfasts and seven lunch meals. Pick-up is from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on July 7, 14, 21, and 28. at SMS, BES and Belmont Christian Church.
Children do not need to be present at the time of pick-up. This program is open to anyone in the community with children under the age of 18.
